HOW DO I BOOK A PICKUP

All Brisbane pickups and deliveries are booked by phoning our
Maroochydore Depot and speaking to our helpful Operations Staff. For local assistance our Maryboroughand Bundaberg depots are available during listed hours.

WHAT DO YOU CARRY?

We are happy to pick up a jiffy bag or a pallet. Our services can accommodate all your freight requirements. Just talk to our Operations Staff and allow them to guide you.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU GO TO?

Please check our delivery/pickup areas.

WHY ARE THERE 4 COPIES OF EACH CON NOTE?

Each copy serves a purpose. White is our accounting copy, pink is the payees copy, yellow is the proof of delivery, green stays in the book. Every copy is important, please keep all your copies safe for accounting purposes.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FREIGHT?

If you book a pickup in the Brisbane/Sunshine Coast region in the morning it will be delivered to the Sunshine Coast, Gympie region that afternoon. Maryborough, Hervey Bay and Bundaberg deliveries will be the next working day. Our Operations Staff will be able to advise you of approximate delivery times.

DO YOU DELIVER TO HOME/PRIVATE ADDRESSES?

YES WE DO BY ARRANGEMENT.

BLUE CARD RESTRICTIONS:

Our drivers DO NOT hold Blue Cards and are therefore unable to pickup and deliver to businesses covered by this restriction.

DO YOU HAVE PRE PAID TICKETS?

No.

DO YOU HAVE MONTHLY ACCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer our customers a 30 day account payable by the 14th of each month.

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

Yes, simply ring our accounts staff (54771888 ext3)

DO YOU CHARGE BY WEIGHT OR CUBIC?

Our freight charges are based on weight only. Our weight ranges are as follows:

0-4kg

5-15kg

16-30kg

31-49kg

50+kg

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?

Yes, we deliver on Saturday morning by pre arrangement only.

CAN I PICK MY FREIGHT UP FROM YOUR DEPOT?

Yes, you are welcome to pick your freight up from any of our depots during the stated opening hours.

DO I NEED TO INSURE MY FREIGHT?

Time Express Courier takes all care, however, holds no responsibility for damage or lose of freight. Please read our T&C’s.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PINK DOCKETS?

The pink copy of the con note you receive at delivery should be kept and forwarded to the person that pays your accounts. This is your copy to match with your monthly statement.
